Dance Line

Elements and requirements for Dance line.

Right and left leg splits, right leg split leap, toe touch (from ground and standing), single and double turns, extension (hold for 15 sec), hand stand (hook leg), 50 high kicks, illusion, front roll, cart-wheel and lay back.

Prepare a short (about 2-3 minute routine) for the tryout.

Must have dance and/or some flag/majorette experience, comfortable with body because of uniform styles, ability to work with others.

Color Guard

Elements and requirements for Color guard.

Drop spins, speed spins, backscratcher, inverted backscratcher, stirs, single butterfly, double butterfly, around the world, angles, slams, ribbon, neck roll, 7-count toss, stir toss, inverted backscratcher toss, and slam toss.

Prepare a short (about 2-3 minute routine) for the tryout.

Must have flag and/or some dance/majorette experience, comfortable with body because of uniform styles, ability to work with others.
